Basic Tools For Driving Traffic To Your Affiliate Site

Basic Tools For Driving Traffic To Your Affiliate Site

If you are in the business of affiliate marketing then you know there is more to finding the right product and setting up your WEB site. The next hurdle is to drive traffic your way. Here are three ways to accomplish just that.

Article Writing

One way to increase traffic is to write articles and post them to an article directory. Article directories will take your articles free of charge and make them available to the public at large. In exchange for your content you can insert a link to your web site. This will increase traffic to your product site and will increase your sales.
One way to carry through on article writing is to set up a schedule and deliver a set number of articles per month. In this way you increase your exposure and traffic to your site.

Different article sites have guidelines you have to respect in order to get published. Among the most important are: you must be the original author of the written material;
information presented has to be accurate, useful and easy to understand; for some sites, the article must be at least 500 words and not more than 2000; and you must have copyright of the material presented. Some sites will ask for permanent reprint rights before accepting your submission.

Given the guidelines, article writing is one of the best ways to build a customer base while helping others out as they try to make sense of the online environment.

Search Engine Optimization -SEO

The idea behind Search Engine Optimization is to increase the chance of search engines placing your site high in the ranking when someone types in a keyword. You can do this by including keywords in the content of your website so that they are selected by the search engine fingers that search through the web for keywords. You can select keywords by using established keyword tracking tools that rank keywords more apt to be heavily used by your potential customers.

There are SEO tools available online to help guide you through the process of selecting keywords and learning what to look for. Some of the more established affiliate programs will include these tools as part of their offerings to their membership.

Blogs

Blogging is an activity that has really taken off on the Internet. There are blogs for literally everything that you can imagine. One way businesses drive traffic to their sites is by setting up blogs that customers use to find out about the product or business. You can set up your own blog with your own content and link it back to your own site. You will not only get traffic, but you will get feedback from customers to help keep up with the marketplace.

These are some of the ways you can increase traffic to your site. It will take some time and effort to put in place but it is time well worth it since you will see traffic and revenue increase as a result.

Good luck and may your travels be prosperous.

Great Ways To Begin Driving Traffic To Web Site

Written by admin on January 16, 2009 – 3:00 pm -

Great Ways To Begin Driving Traffic To Web Site

Coming up with successful ways of generating web site traffic can be very difficult. Thats why it is easier to take methods that already work and just improve on them. There’s a saying that is used in internet marketing; you don’t have to reinvent the wheel, you just have to improve it. That means you do not have to come up with a revolutionary technique, as there are plenty of other great ways to begin driving traffic to web site.

If you have just started trying to generate web site traffic, then you need to take it slow. Jumping in and trying to tackle every aspect can quickly discourage & overwhelm you. If you like the challenge, that’s fine, more power to you. However, it will be much easier if you start out small and then work your way up.

The most efficient way of finding a self-sustaining traffic technique is by using the "trial and error" method. You won’t really know what technique works the best unless you try and use each and every one.

If you find a method that works and brings in a decent amount of free traffic hits, then keep using & improving that method the best you can. While you are using & improving the first method, you will need to gradually move on to the second one and begin testing that. If that technique also shows impressive results, then use it and move onto the third one. See a pattern? Well, you should, as you will need to test every technique in order to find the ones that work best for your site.

Ways Of Generating Traffic
—————————–
Writing Articles- Write Informative articles and submit them to directories with your website URL attached. Write quality articles for some of the better known article directories and then write other articles for mass submission. Quality directories, like Ezinearticles.com & articledashboard.com, want quality articles; so save your junk articles for the mass submission software.

Create & Distribute a free Ebook- Write a short-medium length Ebook, put your links in it, and start giving it away. Allow others to give it away too and it will spread like wildfire.

Trade Links- Trade your link with other web sites. Doing this will get you backlinks and a nice amount of targeted site traffic. Don’t go overboard though! You want visitors to stay at your site; you don’t want them to be tempted to leave.

Go Viral- Create a short video (instructional, funny, scary, etc.), place your link in it, and submit it to web sites (such as YouTube). If the video has informational value or is amusing in any way, it will likely spread far and wide across the net.

Buy Targeted Web Site Traffic- It may not be free, but its easy. There are numerous sites that charge a fee to drive traffic to your site. By using keywords and a specific topic, they will make sure your site gets nothing but quality traffic (usually).

These are only some of the great ways to begin driving traffic to a web site. As you get more advanced in field of traffic generation, you will learn more and be able to do more. Then again, if you just sit around doing nothing, you will get nothing.

Driving Traffic To Web Site: How To Accomplish It

Written by admin on January 16, 2009 – 3:00 pm -

Driving Traffic To Web Site: How To Accomplish It

Do you currently own an online website? Whether you run an online business, that sells a product or a service, or a content website, which relies on ad revenue, you depend on internet users visiting your website. After all, if internet users don’t reach your site, they can’t buy your products, your services, or even click on your ads. That is why it is important that you drive traffic to your web site. When it comes to driving traffic to web site, do you know what you need to do? If not, you are advised to take the time to learn; you will find that there are an unlimited number of benefits to doing so.

One of the best ways to go about driving traffic to your online website is through the search engines. A large number of internet users rely on search engines to help them find an online business that is offering a product or a service that they need. If you have a content website, which relies on income from advertisements, your visitors will also likely find your website through a search engine. That is why you need to have a relatively high search engine ranking. In fact, it is advised that you try and get your website a first page search engine ranking. In most cases, many internet users do not go past the second page of their search results. That is why it is vital that you get your search engine ranking as high as it could possibly be.

When it comes to increasing your search engine traffic, there are a number of different steps that you can take. One of those steps is by filling your website with text. When indexing a website, the search engines take the text or the content on your website into consideration. Having articles or imagine headings that are, in one way or another, related to your website may help your chances of achieving a high search engine ranking. If you are operating a content website, to make money from advertisements, you likely already have this step covered. In fact, depending on the topic of your website, you likely already have a decent search engine ranking, because it is often said that ‘content is king.’

In addition to creating content for your own website, content should also be created to be distributed around the internet. That content, whenever possible, should include a number of inbound links. Inbound links will get internet users to your website; thus driving traffic to web site. When developing these articles, it is important that you make them interesting to read. If your articles do not interest internet users, there is a good chance that they might assume that your website would be the same way. It is also important that you make your articles interesting to read, but you don’t want to provide too much information. You want to leave internet users feeling like they need to get more information; it will increase the chances of them clicking on one of your inbound links; thus driving traffic to web site.

You can also drive traffic to your online website by creating a press release. Although a press release may sound similar to developing related articles and distributing them around the internet, they are two different things. Press releases are designed to inform internet users of what you or your business is up to. If you are about to launch a new online website, a press release is the way to go. Even if your website has been around for a period of time, you can still benefit from a press release, especially if you are launching a new service. As with scattering your articles around the internet, you will also want to make sure that your electronic press releases, which will be displayed online, include at least one inbound link.

Another way that you can go about driving traffic to your website is by participating in a pay per click program. When choosing a pay per click program, it is important that you choose your programs carefully. You will want to stay away from programs that pay internet users to click on your advertisements. These types of programs often result in fraudulent clicks or fraudulent website visitors. That is why you should depend on a well known program that doesn’t offer incentives to internet users, other than finding what they want. Just one of those programs includes Google Adwords.

When it comes to executing the above mentioned steps, you will also find that you have a number of different options. You can always create your own website content, distribute related articles around the web, create your own press releases, or join your own pay per click program, or else you can have a professional help you. Online, you will find a number of professional internet marketing firms that specialize in SEO, such as SmokeDog.net. These internet marketing firms, for a reasonable price, can start driving traffic to your website in what seems like no time at all.

Driving Traffic To Your Business Opportunity Page

Written by admin on January 16, 2009 – 3:00 pm -

Driving Traffic To Your Business Opportunity Page

I guess you would have to have been living under a rock (or just not surfing the Internet) for the past two years to NOT know about Google’s Adwords feature, but I thought I would spend a few minutes explaining how to drive traffic to your business opportunity page.

While there are a few methods (we will cover them all in later posts) to do this, none is as quick or effective as using one of the largest *in-place* methods available, Google Adwords.

Here’s how it works… you research what keywords you want to advertise for (keywords are what the people searching Google use to get results), build an ad, bid on the keywords and then turn on the tap. Instant traffic flows to your web site.

Sounds easy doesn’t it?

The Keywords

Well, there are a few pitfalls (think Grand Canyon if you go into this without some forethought), some things to look out for, and you need to be prepared to spend some time researching, reviewing, refining and adjusting the list of words or phrases people will be searching for to find you. If you just put 1-10 keywords in your bid list, you will get a few *hits*. The more keywords you enter, the more *hits*.

But, and let me be VERY clear here, if you enter keywords just for the sake of having more in your list, you will go broke pretty fast. You want *laser-guided keywords* that bring traffic to your site, but you ONLY want keywords that relate directly to your opportunity, and indicate a willingness on the part of the web surfer to review your page.

In other words, don’t include a keyword phrase like "real estate home business" because those people aren’t looking for what you are offering (unless you actually have an MLM opportunity in the real estate field!). Every time someone searching for that term sees your ad and clicks, you wasted the "cost-per-click" associated, you pissed off the surfer because they really don’t want to know more about your MLM and you dilute your traffic analytics.

The Ad

The next element to successfully driving traffic to your web site is the ad itself. Google has been a little stingy with space and only allows you 25 characters in the headline, 35 in each of two description lines, and a display URL (also 35 characters ). Frankly, it’s pretty hard to generate excitement and interest with so few words, but it can be done. Again, plan to spend a little time with this element. You want to explain features or benefits to the person reading the ad, so they WANT to click to see what you have to offer.

Whatever you do, don’t lie. People aren’t stupid (despite what you might think) and will leave disgusted if they see an obvious lie. They will also leave pretty quick if they clicked a ad that promised them free information and only find paid content available. Again, this just wastes your money and their time. Not a good combination.

The Capture (or Landing) Page

The final element, and one you should plan to give a lot of thought to, is your landing page. This is the page that the web surfer sees when they do click on your ad. You have about 5 seconds to grab their attention and give them a reason to keep reading so this should quickly explain what you are about, or answer a question they have been asking (their internal dialogue), or even better, ask them a question they really want to know the answer to, such as "Are you losing weight the way you want to?" or "Do you have all the money you need to do the fun things in life? I do!".

The headline is one of the most important aspects of your Capture Page. And if you ask and then answer the question (within the body of the sales letter), they will keep reading. Make your points one by one, each one directed at generating excitement, showing them how it is possible for them and then ask them to take action. It can be to sign up for more info (lead capture), or sign up now, or purchase something from you. The goal here is to get them to take action for their own benefit, so your wording needs to move them to that end. My favorite is the email capture because I know with their email address, I have more than one opportunity to *sell* them. I can send them free information, build trust, get them used to hearing from me (but don’t over do this part) and then when they are ready, whether its tomorrow, next week or two months from now, they will remember the contact, the good information and they will call me and ask to join the organization. Why? Because I educated them, and asked for nothing in return.

I could spend hours and hours on how to drive traffic to your business opportunity and still not scratch the surface, but I wanted to give you some food for thought. There are other ways which I will cover in more detail in later posts, but here is a teaser…

Forum’s: Posting, answering questions, asking questions and interacting with other network marketing professionals is a good way to establish yourself as an authority. It’s also a free way to drive traffic to your business opportunity. Just add a signature line to your profile so each time you post or reply to a message, your link is shown and clickable. Remember, other networking people read these posts. Many will click the link to see what you are doing.

Blogs: Posting information in your blog is also a good way to drive traffic where you want it. Write a post about the three things you should avoid saying on the phone with a prospect, or the 5 things you need to always say, or how to counter rejection, and people will read it. The search engines will list you, so someone looking for information about what you wrote about will be presented with your blog entry. The more you write, the more traffic you get. Remember to show your business opportunity link somewhere on your blog page. Every few posts, mention that that link explains *something* better. There are free Blogs out there, ready and waiting for you. I use both Blogger.com and I host my own using Blogger’s interface. I also have a WordPress blog (this one) that allows for some more advanced templates, though it’s a little harder to get setup initially. While hosting your blog or using WordPress might be a little too advanced for your taste, the first is literally *push-button-publishing*. Go to www.blogger.com and try it today.

Articles: There are dozens of article directories available on the web today. Each of these articles allows an unlimited number of *reprints* by anyone at all. Let’s say I have a website about Gardening and I want fresh content so the search engines are happy, but don’t have time to write it myself… I search out an article from one of more than 700 directories, pull the article and post it on my site. The search engines are happy. The web surfer is happy. And the person that wrote the article is happy because each reprint MUST include all the original text and links. It’s a win-win.

Article Marketing - Simple Way Of Driving Traffic To Your Online …

Written by admin on January 16, 2009 – 3:00 pm -

Article Marketing - Simple Way Of Driving Traffic To Your Online Business Site

A very affordable way of getting good search engine rankings and attracting targeted visitors to your website is through Article Marketing. Here we discuss how article marketing actually works so you can implement this powerful way of driving traffic to your online business site.

Bear in mind that you do not have to be a highly skilled author in order to write articles. As long as you are able to put together a few paragraphs of good information then you can certainly write articles and use article marketing as a method to promote your online business website.

Article Directories will display what topics they will accept, so check the drop down menu displaying the article categories and choose the most suitable one for your article.

They will also provide guidelines to let you know the length of articles they accept, i.e. the minimum and maximum number of words per article. They will probably stipulate that the articles must be written in English with good grammar. It is advisable to read the fine print prior to submitting articles to avoid the disappointment of have them rejected.

In the fine print you may notice that some websites reserve the right to edit articles. So bear in mind that if your content is changed there is nothing that you can do about it. Do not submit to sites that reserve the right to edit your articles if you do not want them edited.

As article marketing is really a free form of advertising and exposure, do not expect to be paid for submitting articles. A few sites will pay for original articles though.

What you can expect from submitting articles is the opportunity to make yourself known as an expert in your field, as well at the services and/or products you offer, plus gain valuable back-links to your website from the link in your resource box, where readers can click through to your website to find more information.

It is advisable to write the resource box in the third person. Your resource box should include your name, a few words about yourself and an invitation to readers to visit your website for more information. Be sure to hyperlink your website address with your keyword phrase.

Once you have written an article, your next step is to publish it. You can use an article submission service or submit manually to each article directory which, although time-consuming, is still very effective.

Most article directories will require you to become a member before you can submit articles, so you will have to signup by completing a simple form to open an account. There is no fee involved. As a member you will be able to check your statistics and complete an author’s profile where you can put quite a lot of detail about yourself and your websites.

You will notice that after submitting an article it may be marked as Pending. This is because many article directories manually approve articles before they go live, for more details visit to www.instant-video-suite.com ensure that they are in accordance with their guidelines. Due to the huge amount of spam submitted to the article directories, the webmasters need to filter out the rubbish to ensure they maintain a directory of quality articles.

You will be notified by some of the article directories (certainly not all) as to whether your article has been rejected or accepted. However, many do not so it is advisable to login regularly to your account and check the status of your articles. You may find you need to make minor adjustments to an article and resubmit it before it is finally accepted.

When an article directory accepts and publishes your article then other webmasters and ezine owners can freely add your article to their website, blog or ezine, for more details visit to www.create-online-business.com resulting in even more exposure for you. The article directory guidelines for publishers will stipulate that they are not allowed to change your article and must keep the resource box intact acknowledging that you are the author.

Many people think that article marketing is difficult, but as you can see article marketing is actually very simple and a great online business idea. You simply write an informative article based on the theme of your website and then submit it to the article directories.
Although you won’t be paid for writing your articles you will be rewarded with increased back-links, higher search engine rankings and targeted visitors to your online business website.

Is Your Web Design Driving Traffic Away From Your Website? Here …

Written by admin on January 16, 2009 – 2:53 pm -

Is Your Web Design Driving Traffic Away From Your Website? Here Are Some Simple Solutions To Drive Them Back Again.

Web-design does not mean designing art pieces with our websites. In fact, it is designing something useful that the clients needs; whether it is an e-commerce site, or a simple branding site. The primary goal is to get your clients message out there. The web design field is maturing and now we know which website structures work and which ones don’t. Keeping this in mind, there is no need to go hog-wild with your designs - you know what works already!

The 80/20 principle works in just about any field - web design is no different. A classic definition of the principle states: that a small number of the causes (20%) are responsible for most (80%) of the effect. With respect to web design, we can say that 20% of the work takes up 80% of the time. So the approach should be to identify that expensive 20% and do something about! In a typical web design project, this 20% is:

1. Figuring out the Client Requirements and efficiently dealing with them.
2. Thinking and creating the basic structure of the website.

The best idea for web design may be to have "Predefined web site structures - templates" with different themes and covering all the area like e-commerce site, or a simple branding site. The designer must always keep in mind that he is the web designer; he is going to tell the client how the website should be laid out, not the other way around!

Web design becomes a pain when one start it by tinkering — when you sit down in front of your computer and you start building the website with no plan. You just start ‘tinkering’, trying different layouts, changing positions of images or your navigation etc … This is a recipe to disaster and pain. This should be avoided. Some points that need to be taken care of while designing are:

1. Do not put too much text in one big block. Separate them out into paragraph and put white space between paragraphs. This makes your text look more readable.
2. If you check the websites of big companies (Microsoft, Yahoo, etc), you will find that they still prefer a white background with black text for their main text. If you must have a colored background, make sure you try out your page by viewing it in resolutions like 256 colors to see whether the page looks acceptable.
3. Reduce the size of the individual graphics files on your pages by using the following methods:
a. reduce the number of colors in the graphic
b. reduce the size of the image, if possible
c. in animations, reduce the number of frames
d. in animations, don’t duplicate the background in every frame; make the first frame a background without any objects that will move, and put all your moving objects in separate frames with transparent backgrounds.

Driving Traffic To Your Blog

Written by admin on January 16, 2009 – 2:53 pm -

Driving Traffic To Your Blog

If you have a blog, you’ve probably realized that truckloads of traffic don’t pour in from day one offering comments and criticisms of your carefully crafted prose. In fact, most bloggers are quite fortunate if they get traffic at all for a while without some kind of ‘advertising’. This advertising can come in many shapes and forms but is vitally necessary if you are seeking growth for your blog.

Many people give up after only a few entries with no response without ever really realizing the potential that their blogs had. The problem is that the World Wide Web is a relatively infinite universe in which your words can be eternally lost. That is unless you provide people with a map for finding your words. In the world of the Internet, one good turn often deserves another. Visit blogs of other people, particularly those writing about similar things to which you are writing. Leave comments that are meaningful and valuable to the conversation at hand (not just hi I was here, come see my blog) and you will be surprised at how many visitors you will receive (not only from those bloggers, but also from people who read and subscribe to their blogs.

The Internet is a wonderful place for snowball effects. By visiting other blogs daily and spending at least twice as much time doing that as you spend working on your blog posts you will find that you are doing far better than many people at your stage in the blogging game. Also remember that it is a game to some degree. There are going to be people who do not agree with you and there are going to be those that violently oppose what you have to say. Take it all with a grain of salt and remember that the world is a big place and so is the Internet, move along to the next comment. Comments are a great way to build a base of readers (and they don’t cost a penny).

Another way you can get visitors to your blog is by using keywords and optimizing your posts for those keywords, remember to use the keywords you want associated with your blog in the title as that is what is typically picked up. Keep keyword optimization in mind when creating categories for your blog as well. Each of these things works towards bringing in new traffic on a regular basis and is an important part of the process (keeping them coming back is up to you).

Pinging services are also a great way to announce to the world that you’ve updated, made changes, and added something new to your blog. Some blog software does this automatically, if you are using Blogger, you will need to subscribe to a pinging service. Many of these are free and the service they provide is priceless.

If you want your readers to keep coming back (and of course you do) offer them the opportunity to subscribe to your blog by adding RSS feeds. There are many free services and I recommend that you make use of each and every one of them.

These are just a few ways to bring traffic to your blog but will have you off to a very good start.

Sincerely, Debbie Ducker

Strategic Marketing For Driving Traffic To Your Online Business

A recent study, which used web searches in 75 different languages to sample the Web, determined that there were over 11.5 billion web pages in the publicly indexable web as of the end of January 2005.* And you thought writing your marketing copy was tough? The competition to bring people to your site can seem incredibly daunting. Consider the fact that Google posted record advertising incomes of almost ten and a half billion dollars in 2006.**

So what is a consistently effective way to drive traffic to your website for the longterm?

The answer: backlinks.

Generating backlinks to your website is a highly effective way to build traffic. Backlinks are inbound links to your website. Search engines use the number of backlinks to a web page as one of the indicators for how popular that page is on the Internet. In this article, I’ll review five ways to generate backlinks to your website. The first category of backlinksPointersare the type of backlink I consider superficial, but necessary, in the longterm battle for web traffic. These pointers are usually simple hyperlinks with your domain name or company name associated with them. The second typePositionersare links associated with unique content specifically focused on positioning you or your business as the expert in a specific area of expertise.

Quick note: I do not include blogs in this article because while they do generate backlinksthey should be included in the domain of customer relationship management and corporate communications and is a platform of communication of its own. Blogs will be a vehicle for distributing your press-releases and articles as well as other corporate communications and will generate backlinks. But seeing blogs for the purpose of backlinks is missing out on the larger picture.

5 Strategies to Generate Backlinks to Your Website
Type 1: Pointers
1. Viral Marketing
Promote your website by placing ideas or content within online communities with the hope that they will spread virally. This includes the use of video on websites such as YouTube, community sites such as MySpace, blogging using tools such as Blogger.com, news websites with emphasis on user votes for relevance on sites such as Digg, or discussion groups specific to your target prospect. You can find potential discussion groups on Yahoo Groups or Orkut.

2. Link Exchange
A Link Exchange can either be a large group that is organized to provide its members with backlinks (often called a web ring) or simply you searching for sites that have complimentary service offerings and asking them to place a link to your website in exchange for you placing a link on your site to their site.

3. Social Bookmarking
Social Bookmarking is a way for Internet users to store, classify, share, and search Internet bookmarks. This is a great way to build backlinks to your website that can increase the popularity and importance of your page resulting in higher search rankings. I recommend integrating AddThis to your website.

Type 2: Positioners
4. Free Press Release Distribution
Press Release Distribution can be a very quick and easy way to generate links to your website. There are many sites that offer free service as a means to collect ad revenue and you should take advantage of them. You can use a service such as Guru.com to hire a professional to create your press release or you can try writing it yourself. If you choose to write the press release yourself, I recommend going to PRWeb and finding a press release that is similar to what you’ll need. This doesn’t necessarily mean a competing product but if you are selling a sports energy drink then you may want to research press releases for new commercial offerings for beverages.

Here is a list of free press release sites:

5. Distributing Articles
Distributing an article written by you and on a topic related directly to your website can both help generate backlinks to your site and help you become an established expert in that particular topic. Most article directories that you will submit your article to will only require a minimum of 500 words. I suggest trying to take the time to write your own articles. Creating your own piece of work only fuels the desire to make the efforts necessary to get people to your website.

As stated previously, you can hire a professional through Guru.com to write your article costing you somewhere between $50 and $150 depending on the quality of professional you hire. If you choose this route, make sure you go through the article to make sure that article conveys your unique identity. There’s nothing wrong with hiring someone to write your article but make sure that it has ‘you’ embedded within the content and it conveys the concepts according to your unique perspective.

Either way, whether you hire someone to write your article or write one yourself, I highly recommend hiring an editor to review your article for errors.

Here is a list of article directories you can submit your article to:

You can also submit your articles to SpeakProfit (business-related) or SpeakGoodness for free. Both of these sites offer free accounts for you to write your articles and blog.

Use the five strategies for longterm results. Don’t get caught up in worrying about overnight success. Keep writing content and continue to build your network. In the marketing game, slow and steady wins the race. As long as you keep moving and taking actionsno matter how small they may seemyou will see results.

Action Item: Review your social media optimization strategy. How often can you distribute articles, press releases, and blog entries? Create your strategy and start executing today.

What To Do When Residual Cash Gifting Automation Fails

What To Do When Residual Cash Gifting Automation Fails

Vesone Dean has noticed that when it comes to cash gifting most newbie internet marketers want to have an automated residual cash gifting system so that they can start receiving gifts as soon as possible. When the different paid advertising co-ops work they’re great but what happens when automation fails you. If you don’t know how to generate traffic to your website through your own efforts with free marketing than what’s going to happen when your automated system fails.

Why You Want An Automated Residual Cash Gifting System.

Vesone Dean know that the very idea of residual cash gifts is a very powerful thing but combining that with an automated system gets a lot of newbies very excited. It’s obvious that if it was possible to plug into an automated residual cash gifting system, everyone would want to do it, but (Vesone Dean) says that newbies should look at the bigger picture first.

A residual cash gifting system for a newbie would be great but what happens when the automation fails. Vesone Dean always tells his new teammates to imagine if the co-op they joined failed. If the traffic from that paid advertising suddenly stopped, what would they be left with.

You don’t want to put yourself in that situation because if you don’t know how to drive traffic to your residual cash gifting website then you’re going to fail. [Vesone Dean] says that the people who are really success with cash gifting are the ones that know how to drive traffic to their website through their own efforts in free advertising. Without that skill set you’re setting yourself up for failure down the road.

Why It’s Important For You To Start With Free Methods Of Marketing

The skill set that you have to have to be able to generate your own traffic and prospects is invaluable when it comes to residual cash gifting. When you can effectively drive your own traffic with free marketing Vesone Dean says that you can move to any system you want to and have success with it.

You always want to make sure that you have multiple streams of traffic coming to your residual cash gifting website so taking advantage of free sites like; youtube, ezine articles, hubpages and Squidoo are very important. {Vesone Dean} tells his team that it’s very empowering to generate traffic and eventually build a team based on the relationship you build with videos and articles. This ability is very important because it will enable you to have a smoother transition into paid marketing because you’ll better understand what ad copy works and how to speak to your audience through your content.

How Free Marketing Helps You With Paid Marketing

Vesone Dean says that there are a few ways that free marketing helps with paid marketing. If you are driving traffic to your residual cash gifting website and you’re reaching the top of google with your keyword choices then that content will continually drive traffic for you because Google indexed your content. Once you have your content driving traffic to your residual cash gifting site, then when you start a paid marketing campaign you’ll have your free and paid advertising working for you.

Another reason why Vesone Dean believes that free marketing helps with paid is because you’ll better understand how to speak to your target audience. For example, if you’re writing ad copy for a lead capture page that you’re going to submit into a co-op, you want that website to collect the name and email of your leads. (Vesone Dean) says if you don’t know how to write effective ad copy that speaks to your target audience then you paid for nothing.

When You Should Get Involved With A Paid Automated Residual Cash Gifting System

Getting involved with a residual cash gifting system most effective when you have organic search results working for you while your involved with your automated system. (Vesone Dean) stresses to his team that they should only venture into paid advertising after they have steady traffic coming to their free website and they’ve entered what he calls ‘profit mode.’ Once you have a steady flow of traffic and you’re beginning to receive gifts based on your own efforts you’ll be able to make an informed decision about whether you want to get involved with paid advertising. Some of Vesone Dean’s teammates including himself have yet to get involved with paid advertising because when you have success with free advertising you don’t want to give up any of the cash that you bring in.

If you start utilizing free methods of advertising and you start effectively driving traffic to your website you’ll be able to better understand what it takes to have success with paid advertising. When you join a co-op you should already have your free methods in place so that they’re driving traffic in combination with your co-op. The skill set involved with free advertising is more valuable to have in the beginning of your internet marketing venture. Learn how to effectively get to the top of the page of Google by getting organic search results and you’re venture into paid marketing will be that much more successful.
